Columbus, OH – NYAP Group Living/Emergency Shelter Care Team made a very difficult situation very warm and pleasant
A Referral Specialist from Franklin County Children Services (FCCS) in Columbus, OH sent an email regarding a voice mail she received from an FCCS worker who placed a child at NYAP’s Chambers home in Columbus, OH.
The email stated,
Marianne R. left me a voicemail today to applaud the staff at Chambers last evening. Marianne placed Emily, age 12, at Chambers and stated the staff was very warm and welcoming to Emily. Emily has her own room on the first floor away from the other teens and staff was open to having Emily take out her toys and made her feel at home. Please share this kudos with Robyn and staff at Chambers. They made a very difficult situation very pleasant for this girl.
Great job Robyn and Chambers staff!
