Columbus, OH – New Scrapbooking Club for Foster Parents and our Youth
Tanya Shatts, Community Resource Coordinator, has announced a new scrapbooking club for foster parents and youth. The goal of this club is to encourage foster parents and youth to work on their Life Books on regular basis. She is hoping this group will become a monthly “social” as well as a “meet and greet” for our foster parents and youth. In order to get the group running, she is currently collecting donations of anything and everything related to scrapbooking. If you, or anyone you know scrapbooks or does art projects and has extra items they are willing to donate, please contact Tanya Shatts. All donations can be dropped off at her office on High Street ( 527 S. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215 | 614-227-9444) or Tanya can pick them up from our Watermark Office location ( 1801 Watermark Drive, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43215 | 614-487-8758 ).
Tanya is also looking for individuals who scrapbook and who are willing to come in and share some tips, show examples of different pages/ themes, and discuss ways to get kids more involved.
